Manasquan Bank recently was recognized with two honors: inclusion on Forbes' prestigious list of America's Best-In-State Banks for the third consecutive year, and recognition once again as one of New Jersey's Best Places to Work by NJBIZ.
A longtime NJBIA member, Manasquan Bank said these two honors affirm its strong standing in both the financial services industry and the New Jersey business community for its client-first approach, technology-driven innovation, and thriving workplace culture.
"Being recognized again by both Forbes and NJBIZ is incredibly meaningful," James S. Vaccaro, chair, president, and CEO of Manasquan Bank, said on July 15. "These awards are not only a testament to the trust our clients place in us but also to the strength of our internal culture. Our people are the heart of our success, and that's reflected in both the service we deliver and the culture we cultivate.”
Forbes Best-In-State Banks 2025
To determine the 2025 Best-In-State Banks, Forbes, in partnership with Statista, surveyed approximately 26,000 U.S. consumers about their current and former banking relationships. Respondents rated their banks based on factors such as trust, digital services, branch experience, financial advice, and fee transparency. The analysis also included more than 500,000 online reviews, with survey results accounting for 80% of the total score.
Of the thousands of banks evaluated, just 191 institutions earned a spot in one or more states. Manasquan Bank was once again recognized in New Jersey for its consistent delivery of high-quality, client-centered service and innovation.
Only three other New Jersey banks were also recognized by Forbes on the Best In-State Banks list: OceanFirst Bank, Spencer Savings Bank, and Provident Bank.
NJBIZ Best Places to Work 2025
Manasquan Bank has also been honored by NJBIZ as one of New Jersey's Best Places to Work, a distinction the bank has earned consistently over the years, including in 2024. This program, managed by Best Companies Group, evaluates organizations based on confidential employee feedback and an in-depth review of workplace policies and benefits.
This multi-year recognition underscores the bank's dedication to cultivating a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace environment where employees are empowered to succeed and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
