On this past weekend’s episode of “Minding Your Business” on News 12+, Aaron Reilly, CEO of New Jersey-based AMR Agency talked about his unlikely journey of starting a sports agency business with no money, contacts or prospects to now representing several NBA players.
Through it all, Reilly told host Bob Considine that he and his business partner Reggie Berry mostly look for “great people” as athletes to represent.
“We have a saying at the agency – we’re doing life together,” Reilly said. “If you’re doing life together, there are going to be a lot of ups and a lot of downs. The people that get it are usually the ones that wind up with us.”
