On this past weekend’s episode of Minding Your Business, celebrity chef David Burke discussed the latest in his growing stable of New Jersey restaurants, including 1776 in Morristown and Red Horse in Rumson.
Burke also spoke with host Bob Considine about how he’s handled staffing challenges over the past year and a new scholarship program at Brookdale Community College he has created designed to address those challenges.
“I like to give back and I like to teach and I like to see people grow,” Burke said.
