Board members and CEOs can learn practical tips for the 2023 proxy season at the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors’ upcoming meeting and holiday social set for Wednesday evening, Dec. 7 at the Canoe Brook Country Club in Summit.

This NACD NJ program will help boards better prepare for their annual shareholder meetings next spring by providing information on new U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosure rules, ESG and investor priorities, lessons learned from the 2022 proxy season, and more.
