Jodi Grinwald, a nonprofit development executive who most recently directed member services at the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce, is now using her recruiting skills to grow membership at NJBIA.
Grinwald has been creating strategic partnerships with corporations and nonprofits across the Mid-Atlantic region for the past 14 years. She is also a certified professional development coach and serves as the CEO of a nonprofit charitable foundation called the Zzak G. Applaud Our Kids Foundation that provides scholarships to children whose families are unable to afford dance, music, acting and voice lessons.
“Jodi is a proven recruiter and retention specialist, and well-known in the world of associations,” said NJBIA Chief Business Relations Officer Wayne Staub. “Her hands-on experience working for and running nonprofits is a great asset to NJBIA as we work to strengthen and expand our employer association.”
